In order to be approved for category II ranking, protective gloves are subject to standardized requirements. They must meet the general requirements contained in EN420.
General Requirements for Gloves EN420
This standard defines the general requirement with which all gloves (no matter which category) must comply. Areas covered include sizing, make-up innocuousness, cleaning and marking. There are also optional dexterity and water vapour tests.

Standardized labeling / identification
All our products meet the requirements in directive 89/686/CEE. Each is clearly identified by a standardized label, on which you will see:
- Logo
- Product Reference
- Size
- An information tag indicating that instructions (in a minimum of 4 languages) are available for the product
- Standardization pictogram(s) with their performance ratings — and the data sheet for the product and the statement of compliance, available on request

Tech Pack Development
Production is carried out according to tech packs developed before production starts — order information, technical information and artwork, quality control parameters, packing and shipping instructions — delivered to every department and fully implemented.

Material Selection
Every material goes through initial inspection by our quality control department before purchase. Material profiles and a library of approved samples are maintained for quick and effective reference.

Material Procurement
Material is procured at affordable rates from reliable sources without compromising on quality, consistency and appeal. A minimum stock level is kept with systematic grading of each material type and quality.

Material Receipt & Inspection
Material is inspected on arrival and again when issued to production. Checklists exist for every material, and inspectors are empowered to accept or reject material. In-house and outdoor laboratory tests are carried out when required.

Cutting
Cutting starts after the material and approved pattern or die are issued from the library, under the strict supervision of experienced cutting supervisors, using modern cutting machinery.

Special Process
Our in-house design department draws the designs of all products. Approved designs are used for embroidery, embossing or printing to prevent wrong use or placement.

Final Inspection
Each step is controlled, checked, evaluated and reported. A strict final inspection is carried out before packing to ensure compliance with internal quality criteria and customer requirements.

Packing
Properly marked cartons and packaging of the right size and material are used. Quantities are checked, counted and recorded systematically by the quality control department.

Shipping
Our export department books goods with well-reputed sea and air lines on the safest, fastest routes, and checks export documentation to keep it error free.
